Palolem Luxuries Beach Cottages

Nice hotel situated right on Palolem Beach, Goa.

The view from our room was amazing! The room was clean

The pillows was too hard. The music next door sounded like it was in the room and did not stop until after 12am..h

We reserved a room with the beach views, it was amazing! The room was up high and more isolated and I enjoyed that people weren't always walking by my room and I could relax, with gorgeous views of the beach and night life. Would come back definitely.

The location of the resort was good ..and had an ample amount of highly untrained staff!! The staff really need to b trained n organised for the price they are quoting for the location. Had to ask for even the most basic toiletries.The electricity kept tripping all night and day and the water cut off at night....no assurance given by the manager or staff...the restaurant was another amazing experience ?...big big menu boosting of Asian cuisine...haven't had such a bad meal in quite a while .

The only thing I like is the location and the convenient parking.

The resort has good property but it is very poorly managed and extremely unhygienic. The space between two cottages was utilised as a dumping ground for all waste. Due to this garbage, I could literally hear dogs and rats feasting on it all night. There were frequent power cuts with no back up power. In the hot weather, it was impossible to stay inside the room during power cuts. The shack attached to the resort was a mixed bag. The second night dinner was a complete disaster due to its service and quality of food. We waited almost 1.5 hrs for food to be prepared and when it did arrive, the food was completely cold and insipid. All in all I will never book here again, given there are better options nearby.

we had booked a sea facing room but there was no hygiene and cleanliness in that area. The rooms lights are too very dim, for getting ready it was really dark in the room even we could not open the curtain which would have affected our privacy as we had the next room immediately adjacent we had to ask the staff for every little thing.

Stayed in a sea view room. Needs updating as in other reviews. Not clean and certainly not secure!!! No privacy.,,, Shared terrace with access to all. People came up just to take photos while you were sat on the terrace. Nothing to stop access to public. Management allowed large groups to congregate on the terrace just outside our room, and play loud music into the very early hours. Did complain to the management but nothing was done to control, or stop the situation. Woke up to a mess each morning, broken plates ect... Also paid for daughter and son in law to stay a week after us. Paid in advance unfortunately, so could not cancel, and they experienced the same problems ?

Location . Direct entry to beach.

Bathroom toilet was broken.Flow of water very less. Can’t bath or flush toilet properly. Many times we had to wait 30 minutes for the toilet flush to work properly. Otherwise it was just light flow of water which doesn’t clean anything. we stayed in the sea view/facing cottage 115

It's a clean and comfortable place on palolem beach. less than a few minutes by foot to to the beach. good value for the money .

Location is good, Right on the beach and other attractions in palolem. Place is nice and quaint. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. For the price its a good service offering

Everything…..name it and it was exceptional. The service,location,rooms,cleanliness everything was spot on! Kudos to the entire team. I would recommend this place to everyone who want to enjoy a leisurely stay in South Goa!

There is no such. It's a shame we didn't spend much time there and had to leave.

Nothing. Literally nothing. If you want to feel like you are staying at the worst hotel in the entire beach, go for it. It's dirty and has absolutely no amenities.

Everything. No intercom in the room to call room service. Water bottles provided only on day we checked in and none of the days after that. The place is dirty beyond imagination. Even the cups, plates they serve food in are old and dirty. Nobody after you check in will ever come to your room to ask if you need anything or even for cleaning. The restaurant is okayish but there are so many better options on this beach that you don't want to regret staying at this disgusting place.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Strong mould smell throughout and dirty crockery in cupboards. No empathy from staff when reported.Frequet power cut off happend and no power backup installed in this property. NEVER recommend this property to other.

Worst property in best ambience, they are just charging huge money in name of view; no proper hotel facilities not even toiletries, cleaning staff, they have contracted with shack restaurant for breakfast and limit is fixed from their menu with max price of 390/- so free breakfast is lie; comparative to neighboring properties this property is disgusting. Loved both neighboring properties. i.e. The Art Resort and O3

Everything, first they are not hotel as they dont have any staff no room service no kitchen no services at all. You have to repetedily request to rooms get cleaned, forget about washrooms; Shower is giving electric shocks. Overall view is awesome but property is disgusting. Better if you get same view in other neighboring properties.

The location was very close to the beach

the property was not cleaned even a single day during our 4 day stay. The linens weren’t changed either. Given that it’s a beach and sand is bound to be everywhere in the room and needs to be removed properly, it was annoying to have them say that they could only clean it during particular times.
